Sub Toby is Neath's derby-winning hero
A late brace from sub Toby Jones preserved manager Kris O'Leary's unbeaten record as Neath hit back to beat local rivals Port Talbot 3-2.
The Eagles took a ninth-minute lead through Luke Bowen's tenth goal of the season and enjoyed the better of the first half exchanges and chances.
But the Steelmen turned the game on its head with two goals inside three minutes just past the hour mark through Martin Rose and Lee John with his first goal of the campaign.
O'Leary looked headed for his first defeat since taking caretaker charge at The Gnoll until the introduction 15 minutes from time of former Conwy marksman Jones, scored Neath's equaliser at Prestatyn on Saturday.
The youngster, who has yet to make a start for the Eagles, levelled four minutes from time and, with the visitors trying to hang on to a point, snatched the winner in the 89th-minute when his shot took a wicked deflection beyond the reach of keeper Kristian Rogers.
Talbot are still level on points with arch rivals Afan Lido, who play their game in hand at Bala Town's Maes Tegid on Saturday with a two-goal better difference than the Steelmen, so the second phase of fixtures in the play-off conference is still undecided.
