O'Leary Takes Charge Full Time

Neath FC are delighted to announce that Kris O’Leary has agreed to take over as First Team Manager on a full time basis, following an impressive spell as Caretaker Manager.
The club are delighted with the new professional ethos that he has instilled during his short period in charge. Training is now well structured and preparations for games are thorough and well thought out. As a result of this the club are convinced that he can drive us forward as we enter the Championship Conference games.
With the clubs issues with HMRC addressed, the club now look to the future by building on the good form shown since he took over as caretaker manager in November, which has brought a six match unbeaten run including two fine wins during the Christmas period against Llanelli. This has taken us to within seven points of the top and the next ten fixtures should prove to be exciting.
As a club we have endured some challenging times recently which have been well documented, however, the Board, Management, players, sponsors, and supporters have all pulled together and worked tremendously hard to ensure that the Club is in a position to drive forward in a strong and united manner. Appointing Kris is a key factor in this process and we are excited as a club about the future.
The immediate focus now is a Welsh Cup tie with Huws Gray Alliance outfit, Flint Town this weekend, in a competition that we are determined to do well in.
